PRIVATE RENTALS EXCLUSIVELY FOR RESIDENT MEMBERS 

If you are interested in renting club space, please review the following information as well as the events calendar for availability. All interested renters simply need to submit an online Rental Request. You will be notified if your event date is available within 24 hours. Once notified, print out and complete the Rental Contract, and submit it along with the rental fee AND deposit fee to the Beach Club Manager to confirm your booking. It's that easy!

RENTAL SEASON FOR SHORECLIFFS RESIDENT MEMBERS:

The Shorecliffs Beach Club can only be rented by Shorecliffs resident

members during the off season when the club is not open for general membership. (Proof of membership is required.)

Off season timeframe runs from the day after the Labor Day holiday until Memorial Weekend. Exceptions: Holidays, spring break, special community events as well as Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the months of

August, September, and October when the club is still open.

TIME FRAME:

During the off season (listed above), you can rent the club for a period of 5 hours between the hours of 9am-9pm. Note your preferred time frame on the rental contract.

EVENT RATES:

Rental rates and deposits vary depending on the number of guests attending the private party. See below for exact fees:

*ONLY SHORECLIFFS MEMBER RESIDENTS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS CAN RENT THE CLUBHOUSE FOR ENGAGEMENT PARTIES, WEDDINGS, OR RECEPTIONS. PROOF IS REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NOTE: Both the rental fee AND the deposit fee must be paid at the time of the reservation (one check for rental fee; another check for deposit).

 

BOTH PADDLE/PICKLEBALL COURTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENT:

Now, private renters are permitted to rent both paddle tennis/pickleball courts if they agree to rent the club as a private party and pay an additional $200 court fee. Both courts can only be rented six times per calendar year in total by the community. (This does not apply to individual households.) The rental calendar will have a red dot on the exact date and timeframe when both courts have been rented.

STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Private renters will be assigned two staff members who will clean the club interior and exterior prior to the event, stock bathrooms with supplies, set up any tables, clean spills, maintain bathroom and kitchen supplies, take up all trash bags to dumpster, and clean the clubhouse after the event.

DUE TO LIABILITY ISSUES, STAFF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING EVENT SUPPLIES, DJ/BAND EQUIPMENT, OR DIGGING OUT THE POCHE BERM IF THE CATWALK IS FLOODED.
