SHORECLIFFS BEACH CLUB
RULES & REGULATIONS

Shorecliffs Beach Club rules are intended to help the membership enjoy the facility while also respecting other members. In addition, many of the rules are in place for the safety of the members, their families and guests. Please have respect for your fellow members and follow the stated and posted rules.

BEACH CLUB RULES:

​

  1. Admission is only allowed with a valid membership wristband. Each membership household permits a maximum of 12 guests per day.  Members are REQUIRED to obtain temporary wristbands for their guests from SBC staff upon arrival. (Members are responsible for ensuring their guests wear them and keep them on.)

  2. Guests must be accompanied by a valid club member.

  3. All members must sign in (and sign in any guests) upon arrival. The sign-in station is located by the front gate or below the stairs in the main patio area.

  4. Only one picnic table is allowed per membership household. Use our plastic fold-out tables if more space is needed.

  5. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  6. NO GLASS of any kind is allowed on Beach Club property.

  7. No fires or portable barbecues are allowed on Beach Club property.

  8. No playing loud music on portable devices that disturbs other members.

  9. Animals are prohibited on Beach Club property. (Exception: Service dogs are allowed, but only if the owner provides proper identification.)

  10. Surfboards, bodyboards, and skim boards must be stored in designated areas only. Nothing should be stored in the patio area.

  11. No skateboarding, rollerblading, or bicycle riding is allowed on Beach Club property.

  12. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the entire Beach Club property.

  13. No climbing or standing on erosion-control sandbag retaining walls as they may collapse. Keep children off rope fences as they safeguard the sandbag walls.

PADDLE COURT RULES:

​

 1. Only members and their invited guests allowed on courts. Member must be present at ALL times!

 2. Members are NOT permitted to share key fob with relatives or friends.
3. Current club wristband must be worn at all times. (Guest wristbands required when club is open.)
4. 60-minute time limit when people are waiting.

 5. Four players maximum allowed on each court.
